Some of the features:

  • Pre-queue spam filter
    Incoming mail is checked while delivery. What is rated as spam is rejected.
    Your benefit: No mail can get lost in the spam folder.
    In the very rare case of a false positive the sender is immediately informed that this email did not reach you.
  • Replication
    Some or all mailboxes can be replicated in real time to another mail server e.g. between head quarters and branches.
  • DKIM/DMARC
    Is a technology to enable other mail servers to verify that this mail was really sent by you and not by an unauthorized 3rd party. Additional it can be verified that the mail is exact the mail you sent, that nothing was added or modified.
  • DANE
    Another security technology. It enables mail servers to verify that they deliver an e-mail to the right mail server and not to somewhere else. Hackers might try to redirect mails to their own server to steal secrets.
  • Sieve filters
    The mail server can already presorting your mails. Newsletters e.g. going in separate folders keeping your inbox free, automated tagging of mails, flexible out of office notifications and forwarding and and and...
  • IMAP
    Keep your mails synchronized between all your devices. Laptop, desktop, phone, tablet computer. You have always everywhere the identical mails.
  • Modern web interface
    for reading your mails. Comes with all features a desktop client offers plus easy to use encryption of mails with S/MIME or PGP.
  • Automatic configuration of many mail clients
    No need to remember such technical stuff like port numbers and server addresses.
    Your e-mail address and password is all you have to know.
  • Two factor authentication
    You have often to use public PCs in business centers or internet cafes? You can secure your login for the web mail with an additional PIN number. This PIN is changing every 30 seconds and is generated by a small hardware token or an app on your smartphone.
